nueROM 6095 3pre0 for the Titan/Mogul is now available via the donator cp, it is currently in a barebones state with nothing added. It does not contain any nueTools, with the exception of drivers.

Be sure to soft reset after it boots for the first time. The camera is nonfunctional in this release. This version is built for Sprint only, however the kitchen is also posted for those on other providers.

I’ve successfully created a driver that displays 1% increments for the CDMA Diamond. Note that this is for the CDMA Diamond only. Special thanks to Ghettofreeryder for testing and Cmonex for locating the rounding function.

Following a request from NexVision, I have coded up a replacement for dcinobar, which hides the bottom bar on the today screen, letting you use it for your today screen plugins. Well, after much work, we now have a lot more memory on the Titan. (Yes, the screenshot isn’t photoshopped).  It involves a minor compromise, but you’ll be able to switch it on and off at will, and with better driver writing.. no switching at all may be required…

 
After some hours of work and tracking down Canadians, we (cmonex, no2chem and tobeychris … well, mainly cmonex) have gotten an SSPL working on the diamond… (picture courtesy of tobeychris).

The Telus ROM and SPL is attached. The version on the ROM is v1.06. Due to missing "rtask” commands in the bootloader, we were unable to extract the radio. To dump the ROM, you probably want to use “imgfstodump part02.raw” with tadzio or mamaich’s imgfstools. Special thanks to CNeufeld and jackojack for getting this dumped. After walking jackojack and CNeufeld through dumping SPL and such off the CDMA diamond, we’ve managed to extract the SPL and a dump of the ROM.

I’ll be posting the results and a download link shortly.

Apparently, I don’t really know how to configure or setup a RAID volume. The system is back up on RAID, but will require 100 hours to complete migration due to an error on my part. Good news is that the server is still functional, although slow, while it is migrating.

In other news, the Telus CDMA Diamond is out, so if you happen to have one, find me in #ppcgeeks, since I need to get my hand on a dump to start working on the device.

The server has been sporadically dying due to a dying hard drive on the SQL Server backend I’m running on. I hope to get it replaced sometime this weekend, but if you get SQL error messages, you’ll know why.
